2. External IC Members
The PoSH Act mandates that every Internal Complaints Committee (IC) include at least one External Member — an independent professional from outside the organisation, as specified under Section 4(2)(c) of the Act.
POSH360 facilitates connections between organisations and qualified independent professionals who serve as External IC Members. These individuals are:
- Independent professionals, not employees or agents of Advocare Technologies Private Limited
- Self-employed practitioners whose professional obligations are their own
- Governed by the PoSH Act in the conduct of any inquiry, not by POSH360's policies
The conduct, findings, opinions, recommendations, and decisions of External IC Members in the course of any inquiry are entirely their own professional responsibility. Advocare Technologies is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims any liability for, the actions or decisions of External IC Members facilitated through our platform.
While we take reasonable steps to verify the credentials and background of professionals in our External IC network, this verification does not constitute a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of their professional conduct or the outcome of any inquiry they participate in.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on this website and within the POSH360 platform is accurate, complete, and current at the time of publication.
Specifically, please be aware that:

Advocare Technologies accepts no liability for the consequences of using unreviewed template documents, or for any deficiency in a document that arises from inaccurate information provided by you when generating it through our platform.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Using POSH360, completing our compliance workflows, obtaining documents through our platform, or engaging External IC Members through our network does not guarantee any of the following:
- Immunity from complaints being filed against your organisation or its employees
- Protection from penalties imposed by the Local Complaints Committee, courts, or regulatory authorities
- A finding in favour of your organisation in any inquiry or legal proceeding
- Favourable treatment from labour authorities, courts, or government agencies
- Full legal compliance at any given point in time, as compliance is an ongoing obligation
PoSH compliance is a continuous organisational obligation that requires consistent adherence, regular training, functional IC administration, and responsive handling of complaints. A subscription to POSH360 supports these activities but does not fulfil them automatically or substitute for genuine organisational commitment to a harassment-free workplace.
6. Third-Party Links and Resources
POSH360 may contain links to external websites, including government portals (such as the Ministry of Labour and Employment website), judicial databases, NGO resources, and other third-party platforms. These links are provided for informational convenience.
Advocare Technologies:
- Does not endorse the content, products, or services of any third-party website
