Join the POSH360 Expert Panel.

We're looking for qualified lawyers, HR professionals, and NGO practitioners to join our External IC Member network. If you meet the eligibility requirements under the PoSH Act, we'd like to hear from you.

What it means to be a panel member.

Act as External IC Member
You'll be formally appointed as the External Member for matched companies, fulfilling the mandatory requirement under Section 4(2)(c) of the PoSH Act. Your appointment is documented and legally binding.
Legal Standing
Your role carries genuine legal accountability. You sign appointment letters and participate in any IC proceedings as required by law. This is not a nominal or advisory role — it is a substantive legal position.
Compensated Engagement
Panel members receive a fixed annual retainer per company, plus per-inquiry fees where applicable. Compensation is structured to reflect the professional nature of the role and your level of engagement.

You may be eligible if you meet these criteria.

The PoSH Act requires External Members to be from an NGO or association committed to the women's cause, or a person familiar with labour law who has demonstrated commitment to women's issues for 5 or more years. We assess applicants against both tracks.

Track A
NGO / Association Background
  • Member or trustee of an NGO committed to women's causes
  • At least 3 years of active involvement in the organisation
  • Able to provide NGO registration details and letter of authorisation
Track B
Individual Expert (Legal / HR / Social Work)
  • Lawyer, HR professional, or social worker with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated commitment to women's causes through professional or voluntary work
  • References from employers, clients, or professional bodies available upon request
Note: All applicants are individually assessed by our legal team. Meeting the criteria above does not guarantee selection.
